Notre espace de 1 000m² est situé à Saint-Denis, au pied de la ligne 13 et à 10 minutes du RER B et D. Un emplacement stratégique dans le cadre du Grand Paris et des Jeux Olympiques 2024 (Aéroport Charles de Gaulle, Stade de France, Village Olympique, Grand Paris, etc. ).

La future station Pleyel ouvrira mi-2024 et accueillera les lignes de métro 14, 15, 16 et 17 et sera située au pied de l'immeuble.
Nous disposons de 7 salles de réunion, dont un auditorium de 150 places, ainsi que d’un espace événementiel de plus de 100m2 pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 70 personnes. Chacune de nos salles sont équipées et clés en main (WIFI très haut débit, écrans, visioconférence, vidéo-projecteurs et micros). Nous mettons également à votre disposition une boîte à outils, contenant tout le nécessaire pour un brainstorming réussi !
Nous travaillons avec de nombreux traiteurs locaux pour vos petits-déjeuners, brunchs, déjeuners et cocktails.

Vos collaborateurs pourront profiter de notre terrasse privative de 100m2 avec vue, de l’accès à une cuisine équipée et de notre Coin Bistrot - de vastes espaces de convivialité et de détente !

Our 1,000m² space is located in Saint-Denis, at the foot of line 13 and 10 minutes from RER lines B and D. A strategic location in the context of Greater Paris and the 2024 Olympic Games (Charles de Gaulle Airport, Stade de France, Olympic Village, Greater Paris, etc. ).

The future Pleyel station, due to open in mid-2024, will be home to metro lines 14, 15, 16 and 17, and will be located at the foot of the building.
We have 7 meeting rooms, including a 150-seat auditorium, as well as an event space of over 100m2 for up to 70 people. Each of our meeting rooms is fully equipped and ready to use (high-speed WIFI, screens, video-conferencing, video-projectors and microphones). We also provide you with a toolbox containing everything you need for a successful brainstorming session!
We work with a number of local caterers for your breakfasts, brunches, lunches and cocktails.

Your staff can enjoy our 100m2 private terrace with views, access to a fully-equipped kitchen and our Bistro Corner - ample space for conviviality and relaxation!

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
