Un manoir qui date du XVIe siècle complètement rénové avec de nombreux détails préservés cachent autant d'éléments d'histoire des lieux. À l'époque c'était le centre d'une petite seigneurie, qui s'étendait au sud de Domagné.

Le site est sur un espace de 1,5 hectare avec une belle allé avec des arbres et pas mal d'espace arboré.

On vous propose plusieurs salles avec des ambiances différentes pour vos événement professionnel. Une salle entièrement sonorisé doté d'un écran et un vidéoprojecteur et l'autre salle avec une ambiance de l'époque (plafond apparent, pierre apparent etc...).



A manor house dating back to the 16th century, completely renovated, with many preserved details that hide as many elements of the history of the place. At the time, it was the center of a small seigneury extending south of Domagné.

The site covers an area of 1.5 hectares, with a beautiful tree-lined driveway and plenty of wooded space.

We offer several rooms with different atmospheres for your business events. One room is fully equipped with sound, screen and video projector, and the other has a period feel (exposed ceiling, exposed stonework, etc.).

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
