Profitez l'espace d'une journée d'un espace de 130m2 à quelques minutes à pied du parc de l'Orangerie et proche des institutions européennes. Vous aurez à votre disposition un grand salon-salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte de 45m2. Le salon est composé de deux canapés (3 places) auquel vous pourrez ajouter des chaises afin de visionner la télévision. La table de la salle à manger permet, grâce à ses rallonges, d'accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Grâce à sa hauteur sous plafond de 3,50m, vous ne vous sentirez pas à l'étroit pour vos évènements, vos réunions, vos tournages et votre co-working. Une chambre sera également mise à votre disposition, ainsi que sur option un sousplex avec vidéoprojecteur. La cuisine ouverte est séparée par une verrière et donne sur une cour (pour les éventuels fumeurs). L'appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée est lumineux, moderne et au calme. Vous trouverez à proximité boulangerie, caviste, supermarchés, traiteur et même quelques restaurants. Contactez nous pour toutes questions, nous serons ravis de vous accueillir!

Enjoy the space of 130m2 for a day, just a few minutes' walk from the Parc de l'Orangerie and close to the European institutions. You'll have at your disposal a large 45m2 living-dining room with open kitchen. The living room features two 3-seater sofas, to which you can add chairs for watching TV. The dining room table can be extended to seat up to 8 people. Thanks to its 3.50m ceiling height, you won't feel cramped for your events, meetings, film shoots or co-working. A bedroom is also available, as well as an optional subplex with video projector. The open kitchen is separated by a glass roof and opens onto a courtyard (for smokers). The ground-floor apartment is bright, modern and quiet. Nearby, you'll find bakeries, wine shops, supermarkets, delicatessens and even a few restaurants. **1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
