The space
The main room is 75-80 m2 and is composed of a fully equipped contemporary open plan kitchen which opens onto the dining room with a 10 seat table (with a floor outlet under the table) and then onto the TV sofa area with a large corner sofa. A direct access to the 35m2 terrace with an outside table and sofa for sunny days and 2 deported parasols. The access is easy by the A4 and 6-7 vehicles can be parked. Supermarket within 100m walking distance if needed.

Alexandre est très bienveillant et c'est un plaisir de l'avoir pour hôte. Le lieu est extrêmement spacieux et la cuisine très fonctionnelle, un excellent lieu de tournage !

Alexandre est un hôte très agréable et arrangeant. Nous avons tourné un film chez lui pour une production publicitaire, il nous a fait confiance et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Bon à savoir: il y a une allée qui peut accueillir jusqu’à 3 camions.
