Beautiful 35 m2 room with open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, opening onto a 30m2 terrace overlooking greenery. Very quiet, the house is located in a cul-de-sac. Access is direct from the street via a large wooden gate, and a car or small van can be parked in the courtyard. The sunny terrace on the second floor is ideal for a coffee break or lunch. The house is equipped with fiber optics, and can be connected to RJ45 plugs throughout the house. You can also connect to a screen to project presentations.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
