Old room with stone walls, large fireplace, terracotta floor, exposed oak beams, period niches, lucet doors. Modern extension with aluminum glass roof, approx. 6 m high, crossed by a metal footbridge, providing a well of light. Outdoor swimming pool 10 * 5 meters, surrounding terrace of 163 m2, exotic vegetation. This house was featured in the April 2018 issue of Maisons et Travaux, with the title "sublimer grâce à la lumière" ("sublimation through light"). Location 10 minutes from La Baule and the Guérande salt marshes, near the village of Kérinet (Brière Regional Park) and 3 kms from the Port de Bréca, in the heart of the Brière.
