La péniche a complètement repensé pour accueillir toutes vos activités professionnelles, du meeting, au séminaire, mariage, anniversaire..... 
Tout est prévu pour vous accueillir en fonction de vos besoins pour vos événements privés et professionnels. 

La péniche est composée d'un grand espace convivial avec un coin salon cosy avec canapés et fauteuils qui donne une ambiance chaleureuse et disposant d'un mur de projection, d'un poêle à bois et un piano blanc et un baby-foot mais aussi d'une cuisine ouverte avec un bar pensée pour accueillir des chefs, et toutes activités de teambuildings culinaires.. 
Idéal pour tout les événements. 

Vous disposerez également d'un roof-top de 130 m2 et d' une terrasse couverte de 20m2. Ces 2 espaces extérieur vous permettront de profiter en total dépaysement. 
Cet espace est idéal pour les moments de pause car vous pouvez vous détendre et même faire une partie de ping-pong. 

C'est un lieu très arboré et plein de charme ce qui en fait un endroit exceptionnel et très paisible afin de passer un agréable moment .
La péniche est a proximité de la Seine Musicale.
Quai aminé et parc à proximité.

L'accès est facilité par les transports en commun à proximité et vous disposez d'un parking voiture.

The barge features a large convivial space with a lounge area featuring a projection wall, a wood-burning stove and a white piano, as well as an open kitchen with central island and adjoining dining area.

There's also a lovely outdoor space where you can enjoy sunny days.

Access is easy by public transport, and there's plenty of parking.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
