The barge is ideally located, 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and 5 minutes from the fabulous Cité Musicale, just inaugurated.
It benefits from a unique and exceptional setting, the bras mort de l'île Saint-Germain. There's no barge traffic, it doesn't move... no seasickness!
Only local residents, swans, ducks, turtles and a few kayaks and paddles sail in this timeless setting.

Spaces :
The barge offers a central, leafy terrace (45m2) that opens onto a large living room of 75m2 (kitchen, dining room, lounge, entrance). The lower part of the barge is reserved for the 35m2 suite with bathroom, two other bedrooms and an independent bathroom.
Boat tour
A BOAT WITH SKIPPER is available upon reservation. Discover Ile Seguin, the Seine Musicale and Paris by boat. SOUVENIR GUARANTEED :)
Kayaks and canoes are available on request, so you can cruise around Ile Saint-Germain and discover this magical place while doing some sport.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood was completely renovated in 2017. The barge benefits from new, spacious and green banks. A 5km stroll has been set up along the Seine. Shops within a 10-minute walk (Franprix, Auchan, Boulangerie, restaurants, bars, etc.).
Access:
- Access via a secure footbridge.
- Terrace with private right-of-way.
Transportation:
- Tramway 5 min walk.
- Eiffel Tower 10 minutes by car.
- Parking available in front of the barge (there's always room, but you have to pay).
