It is in the heart of a former industrial area of the city of Argenteuil that nestles this Loft of 300 m² on 3 levels. Located in a co-ownership composed of artists, creators and lofts, a few minutes from transport, shops and the main train station serving Paris, it enjoys an ideal location in a quiet area and offers great amenities.
Access to the loft is via an independent metal staircase that leads to the entrance. A beautiful millstone facade and large bay windows give us a glimpse of the spirit of the place.
As we walked through the front door, we were struck by the high ceilings and the quality of the services offered. We discover a large equipped kitchen open onto a vast, bright and functional dining room.
This first level provides access to the basement and a splendid 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) lounge that benefits from the zenithal light and a sub-ceiling height of around 8 metres. The glass roofs have been changed, the paintings are new and the rough concrete floors have been preserved.
A beautiful custom-made metal staircase leads us to the first floor.
