A former cabinetmaker's workshop built in 1890 and still steeped in history, this completely renovated loft on the top floor is bright, sunny, spacious and quiet.
It retains the charm of its workshop past: large semi-octagonal bay windows, parquet flooring, exposed beams and framework, high ceilings and modern comforts: air conditioning, fitted kitchen, fiber optics, ...
It comprises
- 1 entrance + wall-mounted checkroom with armored door,
- 1 air-conditioned 50m² double living/dining room, 73x180cm table for 6 people, large 5m linear L-shaped sofa,
- 1 large 12m² fully-equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.),
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin and window,
