At the foot of the Commerce metro station, I offer you my apartment as a workspace: the main room is 50 m² opening onto a sublime 40 m² terrace planted with trees.
You'll find plenty of greenery on the terrace (plants and flowers), with a magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris and the Invalides. This will be a great opportunity to enjoy the sunshine while working on your projects.
The apartment is well served by bus and the 2 metro lines n° 8 and n° 10, Commerce and Emile Zola stations. It's close to lively areas like the Beaugrenelle shopping center and just a few stops from Montparnasse.
Situated in a very quiet street, it benefits from double exposure and unobstructed views. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace, with a table that can seat 8 to 10 people outdoors.
The living room comprises 3 areas: 1 - Around a large wooden coffee table: 1 leather sofa seating 4/5 + 5 fabric armchairs, seating 10. 2 - An extendable wooden work table for 10 people (12 maximum). 3 - An office space at the entrance for 2 people.
A well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery (microwave possible).
A video projector is available, with the option of projecting onto a large white wall on the living room side. A flipchart is also available for your convenience.

L'accueil n'est pas du tout professionnel. Le jour 1, il y avait même un étudiant présent tout du long, ce qui ne nous a pas été indiqué. Pour ce qui est de la confidentialité de nos échanges, c'est catastrophique. Lorsque je l'ai signalé à la propriétaire, elle a juste affirmé nous en avoir prévenues. Aucune des 5 personnes présentes ne le confirme. J'ajoute que les pauses n'étaient pas à la hauteur du tarif. Vraiment pas professionnel.

Sylvie propose un lieu idéal pour les réunions de travail. Espace convivial et lumineux. La communication en amont est très fluide ce qui permet de s'organiser facilement. Je recommande ce lieu.
We had an excellent day. The apartment is great, very bright, the terrace is superb, we had a very good breakfast, a good snack, coffee and lots of little touches. In short, I recommend it!
