This bright and pleasant apartment is located in the heart of Batignolles, in the 17th district of Paris.
Ideal place for your team meetings, the large table offers 6 to 8 work places, and the sofa corner allows you to follow the presentation projected via the 49" LED screen. The mixed seating capacity is 12 people.
For your shootings and audiovisual productions, the place is particularly adapted, thanks to its neat decoration and its furniture easy to modulate according to your needs.
The 25 m2 living room is bright, thanks to its three windows, and the rest of the apartment, with a total surface of 40 m2, can also be used. The use of the bed is subject to an extra charge.
Located in a Haussmannian building, the apartment overlooks a courtyard with trees on one side and a quiet street on the other: all rooms are extremely quiet.

Julien est très sympathique et le lieu parfait.
C'était ma première expérience avec OfficeRiders. Nous avons été pleinement satisfait: appartement très agréable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à une réunion fructueuse. L'hôte a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions.
Lieu plein de charme avec des espaces correspondants aux photos. C'est la seconde fois que nous choisissons ce lieu pour un tournage et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avons pu réaliser notre shooting dans de bonnes conditions, avec une bonne préparation grâce aux infos complémentaires apportées par Julien. Merci Julien pour sa gentillesse et sa confiance.

Nous avons shooté une campagne à destination des réseaux sociaux dans l'appartement de Julien. Il a été très souple et disponible car nous avons allonger le timing et déposer notre matériel le soir dans son appartement. Je recommande ! Merci beaucoup et à une prochaine fois peut-être :)
