Trams 7, 10 and 17 stop and leave a few minutes away to take you anywhere in the city, including Central Station. 

This amazing apartment is situated in the Jordan, one of downtown Amsterdam's most charming neighborhoods. The interior is stylish and modern, and overall the apartment is spacious and will make you feel right at home. 

This apartment is fully equipped and can be used as a flex office in the heart of Amsterdam. 

If you feel like preparing a nice meal for you and your travel party, then go ahead and knock yourself out in the state-of-the-art open kitchen. It's fully equipped with all the kitchen gear you need, including a dishwasher! So you don't have to worry about who's turn it is to do the dirty dishes ;)
You can enjoy your lovely home-cooked meal in the connecting dining area, where you can sit at the lovely big wooden dining table, with 8 stylish chairs.
If you open the balcony doors in the dining room, you can enjoy the view of the lively street and watch the world go by. 

The large bedroom at the back of the house has 4 comfortable single beds and the smaller bedroom has another 2 single beds. Both are very nicely decorated. Even though you're located in a central area, the ambiance is peaceful and quiet, making you want to snooze just a little longer in the mornings.

The bathroom is spic and span, and holds a lovely walk-in shower and a bathtub to relax your tired muscles after a long day of sightseeing.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
