Situé dans le 2ème arrondissement, en plein cœur du Sentier, cet open space de 85m² dispose d'une verrière avec un écran plasma de 185 cm, d'un paperboard ainsi que d'un coffeeshop entièrement équipé où vous pourrez profiter d'une magnifique machine à café à percolateur, d'un bar à cocktails et d'une cave à vin. Bel appartement à la lumière traversante et au charme de l'ancien notamment grâce à sa cheminée.

De nombreuses tables sont à votre disposition, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour vos réunions. Cet espace pourra vous accueillir également pour des événements et des productions. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes assises, 50 debouts. 

Si vous souhaitez disposer d'un espace supplémentaire, vous pouvez également louer l'APPART du SENTIER sur le même palier. Cela constitue un ensemble de 5 espaces de réunion supplémentaires allant jusqu'à 30 personnes assises (soit 45 personnes assises au total sur tout l'étage)

If you want to get away from it all and opt for a soothing, intimate space, this is the place for you. Located in the 2nd arrondissement, in the heart of the Sentier district. **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
