We propose our apartment located 2 steps from the city center of Nantes, in the heart of the butte St Anne.

Design interior, cosy with large volumes, ideal for working in complete serenity. Work space of more than 70m2 (inside and outside). We have a fitted kitchen, equipped and connected workspaces (Wifi, short focal length laser video projector with speaker and integrated Chromecast, large table, paper board & post-it...) as well as a fitted terrace with an open view on a wooded park.
