80m² of atypical space with a garden just outside Rennes, come and discover this natural setting conducive to work!

This house is located next to the golf course of Rennes, 5 minutes from the Courouze district and 3 minutes from beaverama by car. In a place in the middle of nature.

The house:

We leave access to the ground floor with a beautiful open and very bright living room with a kitchen of 80 m2. A large terrace and a garden. On request we will give you access to rooms on the first floor if needed.

It has practical equipment for your events:

Flat Screens Flipcharts, paper, post it, pens Tables and chairs Free access to the entire kitchen, coffee machine etc.

Additional tables and chairs available on request.

Also PDJ and basic breaks are offered, but on request you can have more copious and home-made proposals :-)

There's free parking in front of the house. The house is easily accessible by bike or bus. ( The bus only runs in the morning and at the end of the day).

We also leave masks at your disposal if you wish and hydroalcoholic gel.

This house is ideal if you are looking for an inspiring place for your meetings, brainstorming, trainings, special events...
