A unique space in Paris, a showroom in the high marsh, welcoming a community of entrepreneurs and creative people.

Hailed by the Design press, its neo-baroque style, its large glass façade on the street, and its location in the heart of the Haut Marais make it an ideal place for private sales, collection presentations, art exhibitions or simply evening cocktail dinners. Workshops, training, meetings, team building are also possible, as well as conference formats.
The ground floor is furnished with comfortable furniture in pure colours and warm materials. It is completed by a kitchen-bar under a glass roof equipped with microwave, coffee machine, teapot and refrigerators.
Tables and chairs are at your disposal, but it is possible to remove them to clear the whole space.

On the quiet lower floor, a magnificent, cosy and arty room is available for sub-commissioning, fitting sessions, or your interviews. The room can accommodate 10 people for meetings and up to 16 for conferences for example.

The space, on 2 levels, is privatizable 7/7J and 24H/24.

We can offer you a catering service (breakfast, brunch, meal trays, buffet to share, cocktail...).

You will be welcomed on site to answer your questions throughout your privatization.

The prices indicated correspond to the "standard" offer for one day rental from 08:00 to 18:00 during the week.

Minimum reservation : 4h00
Evening package (from 18h00 to 22h00): 1500€.
Rates for weekends and holidays are doubled (3000 €).

The rates shown are rates for consecutive 8-hour days between 8am and 6pm.
Overtime may be charged.
