In one of the (the?!) most beautiful Haussmannian corner building(s) on Rue de la Tour, in the 16th arrondissement, 3 steps from the Trocadero: former 20-room service tray completely reconfigured in 2019 and rehabilitated into an apartment. The plan, volumes and insulation of this living and working space were designed to give maximum openness, light, space, charm, calm and views (the "Wow!" effect observed in every visitor entering the premises). From the living room, very nice view on 2 towers, the one that remains the emblem of Paris (the bull's eye has a nice surprise on the Eiffel Tower!) and the one, with its medieval look, which gave its name to the street. From the kitchen and its large glass window, you have a remarkable view of the roofs of Paris and the gardens of the surrounding mansions. The plateau is bathed in light, even when the weather is gloomy. The owner-occupiers are used to beautiful weather. Their second home, in the South of France, has been awarded on the TF1 program "Les plus belles vacances". They will be delighted to welcome you for what promises to be "the most beautiful moment of/around work"!
ATTENTION: - The allocated surface corresponds to the whole entrance-WC-living room-kitchen-room1-room 4 (cf plan)). It is possible, for an extra charge, to reserve the rest of the apartment. To be discussed together, if necessary. - The prices indicated correspond to the minimum rates for each category (Meeting, Event, Production). They may be increased depending on the number of riders and the nature of the project. The estimate shared with the host is the one that will be considered as the authentic one. - A priori, no reservation on WE. Exceptions to be discussed together - No rental in the evening (after 8pm)

We had a great time with my team in Stephanie's flat. It is in every way as described and as shown in the photos. Stéphanie was a very attentive host with lots of thoughtfulness. We will gladly stay there again for a future team event. Thank you again for everything.

Stephanie est une super hôte ! C'est une personne extrêmement flexible, chaleureuse et très arrangeante. On ressent immédiatement son plaisir d'accueillir. Nous sommes arrivés de bonne heure chez elle et le café et des petits chocolats étaient servis pour toute l'équipe :) Un vrai bonheur !
Très bel appartement en plein Paris. L'espace est très bien agencé par un architecte de talent qui donne au lieu un caractère cosy et élégant. Accueil très agréable et attentionné.

Nous avons fait notre réception de mariage chez Stéphanie, tout était au top. Stéphanie est très gentille, prévoyante et a l'écoute. Nous avons passé un superbe moment.
Magnifique appartement que je recommande vivement pour toutes vos productions. Stephanie nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et la réservation s’est également très bien passée étant elle même très réactive et arrangeante dans la mesure du possible.
