Large space (85m ²) bathed in light thanks to its large windows overlooking a large private garden (45m ²). The loft is located in a quiet and flowery private courtyard in the heart of the 11th district, in a lively area (many restaurants and supermarkets) and close (5min) to the subway stations Voltaire, Rue Saint-Maur and Père Lachaise.
The space is dedicated to quiet activities that allow to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.
The volume, which can accommodate about twenty people, is composed of three large rooms (see plan) totally modular: - Photo studio (without equipment) - Meeting room - training - seminar - screenings - Atelier/ Atelier
A whole range of equipment is at your disposal: - Desk tables / chairs / sofas - Paper background - Chalkboard / velleda - Video projector - Paperboard - Widescreen display - Wifi (fiber)
A delivery place is located in front of the building.
Services included : - Reception on arrival and departure - Coffee & tea (one thermos of each offered on arrival) - Equipped kitchen (without oven)

Endroit parfait pour travailler en toute tranquillité. Nous le recommandons ! (Le seul petit point noir : la propreté de la cuisine était négligée)
Bel endroit, nous n'avons pas pu vraiment profiter de l’extérieur a cause de temps, mais tout est bien pense, bien organisé nous ne manquions de rien (papier, stylos, paperborad, vidéoprojecteur ...). Merci pour le chouette petit dej et les bonnes tartes. A bientôt peut être nous recommandons le lieu.
