This pretty detached cottage, completely new and air-conditioned, with a warm and modern atmosphere, offers you the peace and quiet of the countryside, while being only 20 minutes drive from Bordeaux.

Facing south, nestled in a green setting of 1000m2 (which will be exclusively reserved for you) on the edge of a forest (classified wooded area) and along a stream, the cottage is opposite a very large swimming pool of 90m2 (12m x 7.50m), surrounded by a wooden terrace of 40m2 (with 6 deckchairs), and a large pool house of 35m2, equipped with a bar area with bar stools, sink, dishwasher, teak benches, tables, chairs and benches, eat standing, Weber gas barbecue, gas heated parasol (which will allow you to fully enjoy the pool house out of season)

A 2nd terrace of 30m2 (covered on more than 17m2) is adjacent to the cottage, along the brook, in a quiet area with a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest. It has a comfortable and warm lounge area.
