Recently renovated with choice materials and bathed in zenithal light, a cathedral glass roof (7 meters high, 35m2 of surface) and a crossing layout give the place a real feeling of space and well-being.

The loft regularly hosts film shoots (e.g. "Comme un Avion" by Bruno Podalydès), shootings, clips and events.

Located in the crescent of the city of Argenteuil, these former warehouses belonging to the SNCF for the transport and storage of goods have undergone a successful conversion in the 90's into lofts and artist studios.

This quiet location, close to shops and all amenities is a real haven of peace. Benefiting from a common parking in a private courtyard, our loft is located 10 minutes walk from the Argenteuil train station (9 minutes from the Saint Lazare train station).
